GOLF FITNESS

Jim will evaluate each individual golfer to find out the areas that need improvement. This golf fitness program will help improve shoulder/hip flexibility, overall body strength, torso strength, and more range of motion and mobility in the joints. This program will concentrate on getting the golfer to separate the upper and lower body and work on thoracic spine mobility. With this increased strength and flexibility, the golfer will have an increase in swing speed which equates to more distance. This program will also decrease the potential for injury. Eventually the golfer will only need minutes a week to improve their game.
